This mountain bike trip journeys you past history-laden grandiose and spectacular sites amidst beautiful and varied scenery from Paro to Trashigang.

Day 01 – Kathmandu arrival, transfer to hotel
Day 02 - Full day sightseeing of Kathmandu and Patan followed by welcome dinner in the evening with live Nepalese culture show, overnight at hotel
Day 03- Kathmandu- Paro, transfer to hotel
Day 04- Acclimatization ride around Paro including a visit to the National Museum. Overnight Thimphu
Day 05 - Thimphu to Punakha, the ancient capital of Bhutan, via the Dochu La pass (3,050). A blistering descent of 2,000m.
Day 06- Punakha Sigletrack. Great landscapes and interesting riding through forest and villages
Day 07 - Exploration of the Punakha Valley including (surely!) one of the world's most dramatic sections of singletrack
Day 08  - Optional 2000m climb over the Lawa La to the beautiful Phobjikha Valley.

Day 09 - An opportunity to see the Black Cranes (in season) before return over the Lawa La and enjoying the 2000m downhill blast to Wangdi.
Day 10- Challenging climb to the Royal villages of Talo followed by an amazing singletrack descent through Chir-Pine forests to the ancient temples at Norbuzang. Continue to Punakha and overnight camp by the Pho Chhu river
Day 11 - Return over the Dochu La to Thimphu. Afternoon free in the capital for exploring and shopping.
Day 12- A memorable day to end the trip by hiking to one of the holiest Buddhist temples in the world. Return ride to the hotel. Final night in Paro.
Day 13- Morning transfer to Paro airport for the flight to Kathmandu, rest of the day free.
Day 14- Early morning Mt. Everest mountain flight, lunch and half day sightseeing of Bhaktapur and farewell dinner in the evening, overnight hotel
Day 15- Final departure.
